Abstract
Excerpt from the presentation: The Economic Research Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, under AID sponsorship, has been carrying out a long-range research project on Factors Associated with Differences and Changes in Agricultural Production in Underdeveloped Countries. In this research, we have tried to seek answers to the right questions and my task today is to discuss the findings with you for three countries which are often referred to as success stories: Greece, Mexico, and Taiwan.
