We present to our readers a new issue of the Agroalimentaria journal (Vol. 27, no. 52, January-June 2021), the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, we have started the process of incorporating the doi (digital object identifier) to each of the published articles. In this issue, we offer our readers eight articles presenting research results from academics from different Iberian-American countries, as well as a review in memoriam of Jose Rafael Lovera and two others from related scientific publications.
