Essential assumption of the effective information exploitation is quality or certain value. If a manager gets information too late or information is inaccurate or in spite of its quantity information does not offer a necessary solution, no liable decision can be made. At present, therefore, changes in information systems lead to the knowledge. Knowledge in this context has to be seen not in general level but as concrete one for given surroundings, with measurable benefit for financial management. Therefore, knowledge management and its use in the practice supported with software applications assume importance. Knowledge management is starting to be an integral tool of all enterprise activities. Creation and management of knowledge systems in the enterprise and knowledge managers are becoming an important assumption of competitiveness of enterprises and their successful activity in the global market economy.
