The aim of this paper is to present the opinion of farmers on the change in economic conditions of their farms after ten years of Polish agricultural financing within the CAP. The survey consisted of 150 randomly selected farms located in Lower Silesia province. Respondents were asked about the main sources of information on EU programs, that’s what destine received money and how it affected their economic situation.
