Magyarország csatlakozásával a marhaágazat számára is hozzáférhető exporttámogatások és a Sebomló vámok a kivitel felfutását valószínűsítenék. Sajnos azonban az EU kedvezményei sok esetben nem fedik le a fő célországokat és volumenhordozó exporttermékeket. Az exporttámogatások igénybevételének EU rendszeréhez való harmonizáció még nem zárult le. Elsősorban a forgalom eddigi alakulásából és a változó vámvédelemből következtethetünk a várható lehetőségekre. A kibővült EU felé irányuló exportban a nem fajtatiszta tenyészállat kategóriájába tartozó, 161-300 kg közötti nem vágásra szánt élőmarha (HS-0102904900), a vágásra szánt 81-160 kg közötti marha (HS- 0102902100) és a csontnélküli, fagyasztott, nem negyedelt, nem lapocka és szegytájéki szarvasmarhahús (HS-0202309000) esetében találtunk lehetőségeket. A harmadik országok felé a 161-300 kg között más célra – nem vágásra – szánt élőmarha (HS-0102904900) esetében van exportbővülésre lehetőség. A csatlakozással megnövekvő importfenyegetettségünkre egyik kiemelt terméknél sem találtunk példát. ---------------- With the accession of Hungary to the EU, it could be anticipated that cattle husbandry will be stimulated by the access of export subsidies and the suppression of customs the export will soar upwards. Unfortunately, export subsidies of the EU do not favour the main target countries neither voluminous export goods. Negotiations with the EU concerning the harmonisation of export subsidies did not terminate yet. We are able to anticipate the possibilities on the base of recent data in turnover and the expected changes in customs. The export to the amplified EU could be realised with non pure-bred category of animals for breeding, domesticated, 81-300 kg weighing, not for slaughter designed living cattle (HS-0102902100), and beef: boneless, frozen, not quartered, without chuck and brisket (HS-0202309000). For export to a third country, living animals weighing 161-300 kg, not for slaughter (HS- 0102904900) are open to be accepted for export. There is no example of threatening import in the category of the most favoured products of animal husbandry in the enlarged EU.
