Abstract

Inpago rice seeds are suitable for planting in dryland conditions like Bangkalan Regency. These seeds can adapt or tolerate weather or dry climatic conditions. However, this is not the rice farmers' seed choice in Burneh District. This study aims to explore the level of farmers' satisfaction with using Inpago rice seeds and find out how rice farmers perceive using Inpago rice seeds in Burneh District. The sample used was 43 respondents using simple random sampling. Data analysis used the Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study showed that the farmer satisfaction index value was 87.51%, which means that farmers' satisfaction with the attributes in Inpago rice seeds was classified as very satisfied with an average conformity rate of 97.00%, indicating that farmers had a positive perception of Inpago rice seeds. Suggestions that can be recommended to farmers in order to meet their satisfaction are to pay attention to the age of the seedlings before they are transplanted. After harvesting, the quality of grain and rice can be evaluated based on attributes such as the color, size, aroma, and texture of rice to meet farmers' expectations.
