Abstract

First paragraph: The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically reshaped Canadian society in just a few short weeks. At the same time, its varied impacts shine a light on pre-existing social inequities. Certain populations, including low wage workers, racial minorities, homeless people, and older and disabled residents of long-term care facilities have been disproportionately impacted. One group that is particularly vulnerable to the effects of the crisis, yet has been largely neglected in discussions thus far, is the migrant worker population. . . .
