Abstract
Increasing interest in bargaining by agricultural cooperatives is expressed each year at the National Conferences of Bargaining Cooperatives. Through the years, the Proceedings from the conferences have grown into a storehouse of information on agricultural bargaining. Most of the contributions are from cooperatives' members and staff employees who are actively engaged in bargaining. This publication contains selected articles on bargaining from the proceedings of the first 14 conferences. The material is divided into sections on legal, theory, organization, experiences, and outlook. They are presented for their educational value and special relevancy for bargaining cooperatives in the 1970' s.
