The population was made up of 170 people who are dedicated to agricultural and livestock production. Within the results, employees feel comfortable and calm with their work, however, the variable focused on the side effects of work had a low rating, this shows that physical effort and the demands of work affect day-to-day life. in the production process. In general terms, from a subjective perspective, workers state that their working conditions are optimal in meeting their needs. However, from a researcher's perspective, employees' working conditions remain precarious. From experiences, work is very important and motivating for people, since the family depends on it.
