Abstract

Ralámuri handicrafts have managed to cross the borders of the world, placing them as one of the favorites and of greatest interest to national and foreign tourists, however, the prices for these products are low. This article analyzes the artisan work from the perspective of the Ralámuri woman and the cost of production to establish the sale prices. Its purpose is to analyze the worldview of the Ralámuri artisan woman, in terms of the cost of production, according to their ideologies and customs. The applied research, of a descriptive type, combines the analytical-synthetic and deductive theoretical methods, in addition, it is important to highlight that the analysis combined qualitative and quantitative aspects, developed with tools such as semi-structured interview, field trips participatory observation days and surveys among Ralámuri women. Throughout the text, the relationship with the raw materials to make their handicrafts is comprehensively analyzed, resulting in an integral worldview of nature, which provides the necessary material for the generation of their handicrafts, without generating an extra cost of production, this allows handicrafts to be given at a low cost according to their interpretation.
