Abstract
This manuscripton corruption practices related to subdivision operations in the district of Bamako and more specifically in commune VI. Our approach consisted initially of an analysis of the laws on land rights in Mali, a second time, field recordings with actors. We have a self-made rendering to portray the parties involved, including politico-administrative authorities and claimants, to develop corrupt practices that we have grouped into three main forms: Granting parcels to authorities and officials implicitly. We have put into practice the consequences of land insecurity, the increase in the price of plots and the poor servicing of living environments.
