Abstract

The demand for yellow corn in Mexico has shown sustained growth throughout the period that covers the production cycles from 2012/2013 to 2020/2021. From all the above, the results show that in Mexico most of the yellow corn is imported and is oriented towards livestock consumption; likewise, one must be aware that this type of information exists, having access to it, knowing how to interpret it and making the best possible decisions in this regard is an important aspect for producers, administrators and consultants of agricultural companies. Therefore, it is recommended to carry out collection activities, analysis of information on the supply and demand of agricultural and livestock products by the agents.
