Abstract

Excerpt from the report: From May to August during 1961 to 1965 about 1,200 samples of Mammoth variety field-grown rhubarb were observed at Beltsville, Md., to find ways of preventing deterioration and prolonging storage and shelf life of fresh rhubarb. Generally, tests were set up in split plot experimental design, and data were processed by analysis of variance.
