Domain problems that need to solve the model of expert system processed in this paper, refers to the determination of the position of strategic business units in the combined portfolio matrix, and the determined position of proposing appropriate strategic options. The aim is to evaluate the strength of the business position of each strategic business unit, or perspektivnosti relevant environment in which they operate, identify strategic options for each business unit, in order to determine the main directions of restructuring the business portfolio in order to achieve projected targets the entire enterprise.
