The paper discusses the process of research the future of enterprise from the aspect of izvesnosti, through the elaboration of various methods in terms of establishing realistic forecasts observed phenomena. Points to the purpose prognostiku to present options, and decision on the basis of conditions, ie. as the case becomes a general condition, the potential becomes actual.
