The production of the wine will firstly consist of 8,333 bottles with a content of 750ml each, this amount represents 10,5% of potential market. The Net Present Value of this project, estimated to have a discount rate of 12%, was of $352,856.92; the internal rate of return or profitability had a 16.16% and the R BC-1 1.20, this points out that the project will be profitable. From the technique and financial point of view, this evaluation is viable. The project will generate 3 permanent jobs and about 357 wages due to the indirect jobs caused by the harvest of the raw material.
