Abstract

The purpose of this study is to underline the fact that the company is successful and competitive just as much as the good and successful individuals in it. In this sense, this study wants to emphasize that the motivation of employees is one of the most important factors of human resources management. Question that often asks is how to motivate employees and thus contribute to a better functioning of the company. This elaboration is based on the cognition that in the contemporary business world, managers of human resources know that the key is in the efficiency and competitiveness of the organisation. Further it indicates that the efficacy is, ratio of the engaged resources and the achieved results, where we often forget the most important resource, and that is the people employed in the firm. Namely, must not be forgotten investment in employees’ knowledge, in order to be able to increase the scope business firms and achieve appointed aim, and ultimately increase the own business efficiency and competitiveness on market.
