Abstract
The origin, introduction, cultivation, active ingredients, use and advances in propagation methods of Adansonia digitata are reviewed in this paper, with focus on the rapid propagation techniques of plant tissues, to provide theoretical basis for seedling breeding and promotion of A. digitata.
