Abstract
This work points out the importance of using decision analysis, styles and types to resolve management problems. It is a systematic process that follows sequences of problem identification, alternative solution generation, conseqenctly analysis, solutions and implementation, and evaluation, and feedback. The researchers job is to actively investigate problems before they arise and anticipate their importance. Managers must discover the Corporative resources to resolve problems before they take on greater meaning.
