Abstract
Transformation of organization concept is gaining importance in management theory, as well as in management practice. Technological, economical, political demografical and social changes are intensively gaining momentum, impacting discontinuities in numerous fields. Facing such challenges, organizations can not be sucessfull making only evolutive, incremental transformational changes. Contemporary organization needs significant, radical, „revolutional“- transformational change. Transformation leadership, along with revolutionary ways of creating a strategy, and implementation of strategical logic of inovative value, along with new transformation modalities creates a solid ground for a new management paradigm of contemporary organization
