Abstract

Apart from the traditional external marketing, for service small businesses marketing service includes internal and interactive marketing. Adequate choice of small bu-siness management requires valid choice of employees, familiarizing with their personalities and education and providing additional training. Employee loyalty is the key issue that co-ncerns management. Management should work on socialization by assuring the employees that much is required of them in the business. All the employees participate in providing services: some directly to the consumer, others to different business departments. They all have an internal consumer. The success of management is influenced by good structure, planning, organizing and performing tasks, but also maintaining positive relationship with associates and employees and team work of the business management.
