Abstract

Developing of modern business, which has marked by discontinued changes, imposes necessity of permanently adaptation and creation new ideas, based on knowledge and learning. Numerous, quickly changes from environment are causing fundamentaly transformation, which are presenting change from tradicionaly to new paradigma of management, which firstly understand crossing from tradicionaly-verticaly organization to learning organization. In new paradigma primary responsibility of management crosses from ability for deciding to ability for learning in organization. Concept of learning organization which increases ability for creating and exchanging knowledge on all levels, for development competitiv advanteges, imposes like logicaly answer in realization strategic aims of increasing and developing of organization.
