Abstract
Measuring of voluntary personnel outflow, is an important part of research intensity and the cause of the brain drain. For the measuring of voluntary personnel outflow numerous different indicators can be used.The indicateors of voluntary personnel are usually performed based on the number of personnel who voluntarly left the organisation towards the overall or the average number of the staff over time. For measuring the development of voluntary outflow three basic indicators are used: average rate of voluntary outflow, transitional rate voluntary outflow and the work stability index.
