Abstract

The processes of deindustrialization and the reindustrialization product of a new growth model developed market economies, which is based on the technical and technological progress, as its dominant factor. They have different manifestations in different countries and regions, however, common to them is dominant and growing share of services sector in the creation of newly added value and the dynamic development of new industries, which are widely implemented the new achievements of science and technology. These two structural processes are causal and associated flow simultaneously in countries that have completed the process of industrialization. The overwhelming share of these countries in the world economy is crucial to influence the processes of de-industrialization and reindustrialization assume a global character. From this fact should not draw the conclusion that structural changes in developing countries should be directed towards these two processes. Their appearance is clearly detirminisana privrenog high level of development, as a key requirement.
