Abstract

Representing a company implies representation in the name of a company as a conductor of legal affairs and legal actions. The law on companies precisely determines legal bases for representing companies. This paper illustrates legal bases for representing a business subject, and in following cases: companies with limited responsibility, joint stock, partnership and limited companies. It points to the importance of proxies and procurators.
