Price stabilization tends to redistribute farms from the h~gher sales classes to lower sales classes, increase average farm size, and reduce the market concentration. Even though large farmers individually receive proportionally more of government payments under the stabilization program, price stabilization appears to be an action program worth considering for helping small farmers.
