There are two papers to be discussed in this symposium and two discussants. My remarks deal mainly with Dr. Bagb's paper presenting the results of proposed policy changes in Federal milk market order regulation, but they have some applicability to Dr. Dobson's paper as well. Or. Gruebele will place n:ore emphasis on the Dobson paper in his remarks.
