Abstract

Through the investigation and analysis of the operation status and training needs of the agrometeorological observation work of the grass-roots meteorological department, as well as the evaluation of training effects, the development of a modular curriculum system for agrometeorological observation posts was carried out. Research has shown that the structure and distribution of academic qualifications, age and professional title of the agrometeorological observation personnel currently on the job is basically reasonable, human resources are abundant and the observation work is comprehensive. However, there are problems such as lack of professional knowledge and skills, fewer training opportunities and large training needs. Therefore, the pilot training of agricultural meteorological observation still has room for improvement in terms of training frequency, curriculum arrangement, and quality of remote training.
