Abstract

The rural college students are facing psychological plight in their career choice. The social learning theory can use the triadic theory of learning to set reasonable career choice goals, the observational learning theory can be employed to establish a correct outlook on career choice, and the self-efficacy theory can be adopted to make up for the deficiencies in career choice.
