Abstract
The article discusses the issues of agricultural risk management in Turkey, where since 2006 new system of government-private partnership of agricultural insurance has been practiced. The aim of this paper is to indicate the most essential system’s elements from legal and economic point of view. The paper is based on a dogmatic analysis of normative texts and a descriptive method. It also refers to Polish and foreign books on the subject. The conducted research allows to state that the risks management tools are similar to EUs’ ones, even not all them are implemented.
