The paper aims to present the management of agricultural land released in effect of systemic
transformation. Management of this area is obligation of Agricultural Property Agency. The analysis show
the process of changes in structure of lands of Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury in Poland
generally and in Lower Silesia particuralry. The paper presents changes in sale, leasing and other forms of
land management in the years 1993-2013 and compares general trends in Poland to situation in Lower Silesia.
