Abstract
The objective of the paper was to learn about the motives for choosing organic products by consumers
from the Małopolskie Province, allotted to a demographic segment. Research included deliberately chosen
100-person group. The market for organic products is continuous development, as evidenced by the
increasing consumer interest in the product. It is also important to note the intense forms of sale. Respondents
most commonly seek information about organic products on the Internet. They are interested in a little
food processed and rich in nutrients, containing no preservatives, dyes. Therefore, it is very important to
agricultural producers by introducing a product on the market in detail and it was characterized by the
appropriate designation.
