The purpose of research is to determine the traits and entrepreneurial attitudes of students as well as their future career path preferences. The labour market success is determined by a number of factors that relate to the graduates themselves, their potential employers as well as general status of the labour market. Another important aspect are entrepreneurial attitudes of youth and factors which determine them. Lack of suitable predispositions that translate into certain behaviours may constitute a barrier to career aspirations, especially among rural youth.
