The aim of the study was to assess the state of entrepreneurship and its development determinants.
Economic entrepreneurship is, from a social and economic view, commonly seen as a desired state. Its
development is determined by individual (ability to be entrepreneurial), socio-cultural, institutional,
economical and situational factors. This article concentrates on entrepreneurship level evaluation and on
identifying the indicated condition, which determine that level.
