Abstract
The article includes an attempt at analysis of the influence of the local spatial management plan on the real estate value in the Piaseczno commune in years between 2003 and 2007. The research results have indicated an appreciation by about 36% of land value by title of change in the local land development plans in the investigated period. / Synopsis. Celem podjętych badań była analiza wpływu zmiany przeznaczenia gruntu w miejscowym planie zagospodarowania przestrzennego na jego wartość. Badania przeprowadzono na terenie gminy Piaseczno. Zakres czasowy badań obejmował lata 2003–2007. Wyniki badań wskazały na wzrost wartości nieruchomości gruntowych z tytułu zmian planistycznych w badanym okresie średnio o 36%.
