Abstract

The objectiye of this paper is to discuss a farm management training course designed to develop allocative ability. The paper consists of three sections. The first section briefly emphasizes the importance of allocative ability in relation to farm management decisionmaking. The second section describes in some detail certain aspects of the training program in farm management at the University of Queensland. Finally, we discuss the course in relation to educational principles.
