It examined the social and financial coping strategies of their families through Focus group discussions and interviews with pastoralists, their wives and some extension agents. The findings revealed that the pastoralists live in marginalised conditions and they lack access to social services needed to boost their living conditions. The study recommended increased social networks by government and agricultural bodies to improve on the livelihoods of these people. 000124218 546__ $$aEnglish 000124218 650__ $$aCommunity/Rural/Urban Development 000124218 6531_ $$aPastoralists 000124218 6531_ $$aCommunity 000124218 6531_ $$aMarginalisation 000124218 6531_ $$aExtension services. 000124218 700__ $$aAderinoye-Abdulwahab, S.A. 000124218 700__ $$aAdefalu, L.L. 000124218 773__ $$d2012 000124218 8564_ $$92fbbd09e-6b89-4423-b597-3d38d399d713$$s237758$$uhttps://ageconsearch.umn.edu/record/124218/files/2012AC%20Aderinoye%20CP2.pdf 000124218 887__ $$ahttp://purl.umn.edu/124218 000124218 909CO $$ooai:ageconsearch.umn.edu:124218$$pGLOBAL_SET 000124218 912__ $$nSubmitted by Elizabeth Hilber (hilb0033@umn.edu) on 2012-05-31T16:12:31Z No. of bitstreams: 1 2012AC Aderinoye CP2.pdf: 237758 bytes, checksum: 9c5b1399b3f7bebe84c250a64e439503 (MD5) 000124218 912__ $$nMade available in DSpace on 2012-05-31T16:12:33Z (GMT).
