The research carried out at Vauvillers (Haute-Saône) under the direction of Pierre Boisseau for the Chambre d'Agriculture and the Chambre des Métiers of the Haute-Saône is intented to discover the needs of a small region, estimating the present means available on the spot, to analyse and bring together the internal elements of the development of a local community.
