Abstract
Lacking both original farmers experience and investors capital lead to the comparatively low farm management efficiency of young graduates farming in Egyptian newly reclaimed lands . However, graduates of agricultural high schools or descendants of rural families were more efficient as inferred by full utilization of their landholdings and their more profitable cropping structures. To continue graduates unemployment confrontation and proceed with effective agricultural development the state should go on with supporting graduates in farms with solid extension and credit facilities till grounds of ejficiency are established.
