To this end, using a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted to collect data from 38 experts and managers in agricultural companies working in Alborz Science and Technology Park Isfahan, Hamedan, and Tehran University. The main criterion for determining the sample size was to reach the theoretical saturation. All respondents were selected using a theoretical and purposeful sampling method. Data coding and analysis procedures were completed in three stages. According to the results of the study, five main internal and external elements were identified: market inefficiency, governance-administrative barriers, inefficient union or organization, lack of skills and professionalism, and the internal inefficiency of the company. 000335095 546__ $$aEnglish 000335095 650__ $$aAgribusiness 000335095 6531_ $$aGovernance-administrative barriers 000335095 6531_ $$agrounded theory 000335095 6531_ $$aknowledge-based firms 000335095 700__ $$aAnsari, Manochehr 000335095 700__ $$aJamour, Hossein 000335095 700__ $$aGorgabi, Mohammad Haghshenas 000335095 700__ $$aKavoosi-Kalashami, Mohammad 000335095 773__ $$j10$$k01$$q1$$o17$$tInternational Journal of Agricultural Management and Development 000335095 8560_ $$fselst010@umn.edu 000335095 8564_ $$9405175d9-c145-43b5-b96c-63a3e213fa77$$s780818$$uhttps://ageconsearch.umn.edu/record/335095/files/IJAMAD_Volume%2010_Issue%201_Pages%201-17.pdf 000335095 909CO $$ooai:ageconsearch.umn.edu:335095$$pGLOBAL_SET 000335095 913__ $$aBy depositing this Content ('Content') in AgEcon Search, I agree that I am solely responsible for any consequences of uploading this Content to AgEcon Search and making it publicly available, and I represent and warrant that: I am either the sole creator and the owner of the copyrights and all other rights in the Content; or, without obtaining another’s permission, I have the right to deposit the Content in an archive such as AgEcon Search.
