Abstract

The productivity of employees is conditioned largely by organizational climate, satisfaction and motivation, as well as organizational learning and knowledge management. Factors of organizational behavior, significantly affect the attainment of both individual, and organizational goals. Selection of appropriate organizational structure, which has no rigid hierarchical levels and that allows work in the teams and formal and informal groups, has a significant impact on satisfaction and motivation of employees, their productivity and thus on the competitiveness of the organization.
