This paper represents the optimization of the most polluted locations in the Municipality of Bor by analyzing the concentrations of heavy metals in soil and air. The ranking is done by implementing PROMETHEE/GAIA method with an additional implementation of special PROMETHEE V method, with the standard limitations of the content of heavy metals in the soil and air.
