Abstract

One of the most important success factors consulting project is the degree to which project participants successfully learned new tasks and procedures. This paper focuses on a very simple technique of measuring learning. Many of these techniques for years to use in training programs in terms of formal testing and practical training, while others are more informal in organization and may be sufficient when you have to cut costs and time spent. If a consulting organization is able to clearly show the contribution to the advancement of business with previous clients, opening up great opportunities for new clients, as well as for long-term business cooperation. This approach is a great way to increase consulting revenues and profits through customer satisfaction and loyalty, as many consulting projects for results not meet expectations.
