A magyar élelmiszer-kereskedelem a kilencvenes években lezajlott privatizáció során jelentősen átalakult. Az ezredfordulón más fejlett országokhoz hasonlóan nálunk is az ún. modern értékesítési csatornák (hiper-, szupermarketek, diszkontok) vették át a vezető szerepet háttérbe szorítva a hagyományos kereskedelmi csatornákat. A hazai kiskereskedelem forgalma 2007 óta csökkenő tendenciát mutat, ugyan az élelmiszer-kiskereskedelem kevéssé esett vissza, de a kedvezőtlen tendencia itt is érvényesült. Ameddig a magyar élelmiszer-kiskereskedelem adózás előtti eredménye számottevően csökkent 2005−2010 között, addig a nagykereskedelemben lényegesen kisebb volt a visszaesés. A magyar élelmiszer-kereskedelem eszközarányos nyeresége 2005−2010 között nagyon alacsony volt. Tanulmányunkban Magyarországon az észak-alföldi régió élelmiszer jellegű vegyes bolti kiskereskedelmi tevékenységet végző vállalkozásainak az éves beszámoló adatai alapján készített klaszterelemzést mutatjuk be 2009 és 2014 közötti időszakban az R statisztikai rendszer segítségével. ---------- Hungarian food trade has been significantly transformed during the privatisation in the 1990s. Similarly to other developed countries, in the turn of the millennium the so-called modern sales channels have taken the lead (hyper-, supermarkets, discount houses) in our country too, overshadowing traditional trade channels. The turnover of national retail trade has indicated a decreasing tendency since 2007, although food retail trade has not significantly decreased, the unfavourable tendency predominates in this case too. While the results of pre-taxation of Hungarian food retail trade considerably declined between 2005 and 2010, decrease in wholesale trade shows a smaller drop. The return on assets of Hungarian food trade was very low between 2005 and 2010. In our essay we present the claster analysis of the period between 2009 and 2014 with the help of the R statistics system on the basis of the data of annual account of enterprises with a mixed trade profile with a focus on food in the region of the Northern Great Hungarian Plains in Hungary.
