A  survey of customers at six outlets of the major supermarket  chain in Trinidad examined the purchasing pattern and  demand for four pre-packaged vegetables. The market trends  are consistent with those in metropolitan countries, and  the potential exists for increasing value and opportunities  for all participants along the agri-food chain.},
