The results indicate that while demographic characteristics do not affect the probability that a consumer is currently a CSA member, they have a statistically significant impact on the probability that a responder will join a CSA arrangement in the future. Lifestyle preferences had a statistically significant impact on both the probability that: i) a consumer is currently a CSA member and/or ii) is considering to join a CSA in the future. From the information outlets examined only word of mouth and online sources influence the probability that a consumer will join a CSA in the future. These findings may have important implications regarding the marketing strategies employed by CSA farm managers}, url = {http://ageconsearch.umn.edu/record/235872}, doi = {https://doi.org/10.22004/ag.econ.235872}, }
