This paper is an attempt to analyse legal articles about agricultural direct sales. Current law and new regulations, which will take effect in 2016, has ben presented. Additionally, advantages and disadvantages of direct sales has been discussed and significance of direct sales has been analysed. This paper is based on the survey conducted by Centrum Doradztwa Rolniczego in Cracow on the sample of 732 respondents.
