Abstract
This article aims to identify the factors that affect the likelihood benefit from the EU funds by farmer. The
source of data to estimate the probability model field tests were carried out using the method of diagnostic
survey and research tool was a questionnaire. Sets of explanatory variables were: status and size of a farm,
employment, production value, gender, age and education farmer. The analysis showed that the larger the
size of the holding and head of the holding older the more likely to benefit from EU funds.
