To determine the effect of floc growth in juvenile shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei juveniles in intensive systems under experimental conditions. Materials and methods. To determine which treatment achieved greater physical and chemical factors were measured: temperature and dissolved oxygen; Cumulative growth and population parameters, Survival and Feed Conversion Factor. Collecting this data for 25 days where shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei had an initial weight of 1.8 g in both treatments. Results. According to the results obtained in the experiment, food processing trades + floc obtained a final growth of 5.35 on the other hand treatment with commercial food only reached 4.9 gr. Conclusion. Commercial food Treatment + win larger floc and biomass in less time because application achieved floc provide more nutrients to applied diet and thus used this supply shrimp and this health food as the primary power source, while in the treatment without floc lower biomass was obtained and that this treatment will not be added any substitute only the commercial feed, to conduct the statistical analysis it was found that p <0.05 indicating that significant difference grounds that with the use of floc growth of the shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei is greater. 000232912 546__ $$aSpanish 000232912 650__ $$aFood Consumption/Nutrition/Food Safety 000232912 650__ $$aFood Security and Poverty 000232912 6531_ $$ajuvenile shrimp 000232912 6531_ $$afloc 000232912 6531_ $$acumulative growth. 000232912 700__ $$aLudwing, Delgado C 000232912 700__ $$aPalácios L, Alvaro 000232912 700__ $$aMartínez-González, Evenor 000232912 773__ $$q104$$o102$$tUniversitas (León).
