A koppenhágai folyamat lezárásával a magyar élelmiszergazdaság szereplői 2004-től – mint a sikeres diákok felsőbb osztályba léphetnek, új környezetben, új tananyaggal ismerkedhetnek. A leendő új tag, társaival quasi egyenlőségi helyzetben kell vetélkedjen, csak évek múltán, fokozatosan lesz egyenlőbb, ami legalább két fontos tényre irányítja a figyelmet: – őszintén és reálisan kell felmérni fel- készültségét (ebben segítség lehet egy ágazati SWOT analízis) – kritikusan és szakmai hozzáértéssel, alázattal kell foglalkozni eddig elhanyagolt, illetve mellékesen kezelt kérdésekkel. ------------------ With completion of the Copenhagen negotiations Hungarian members of the food industry after 2004 may as successful students step into a higher school and learn about new teaching materials in a new environment.
